The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 29, 2020

Paris (France), March 27, 2020 – 8:30 pm CET – Onxeo S.A. (Euronext Paris, NASDAQ Copenhagen: ONXEO), (“Onxeo” or “the Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing in the development of innovative drugs targeting tumor DNA Damage Response (DDR), in particular against rare or resistant cancers, today announces the postponement of the publication of its 2019 full-year results until April 17, 2020, after the close of trading.

Indeed, due to the constraints imposed by the current context, the meeting of the Board of Directors to close the accounts, which was scheduled for March 31, 2020, has been postponed to April 17, 2020. As a result, the Combined General Meeting, initially scheduled to be held on May 13, 2020, is postponed to May 29, 2020.
