Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of May 29, 2020 (1st call)
and June 19, 2020 (2nd call)

Due to the current pandemics context, it is extremely likely that the General Meetings of shareholders will be held in a closed session, with live video transmission, and that shareholders votes will be collected by mail or teletransmission ahead of the Meetings.

Detailed  information  on the modalities will be provided to shareholders from April 24, 2020, in accordance to the applicable regulations and also posted on this website.
