• the statutory auditors’ report on related-party agreements and commitments;
• the information on auditors' fees;
• the information required under the description of the share buyback program;
• when applicable, the consolidated social, environmental and societal information and the report on its independent verification;
• when applicable, the Chairman’s report on corporate governance and internal control and the related report from the statutory auditors.
